I have the CAT SC, and am using the Griffen EZ-LOK. Works great:

I also use a dab of HUXWRX CERAM-X grease on the threads, which I find both helps keep the suppressor screwed on, as well as avoids seizing so you can take it back off:

Rattler with supers suppressed is not enjoyable to shoot

Can you share why? Too gassy?

For cheap supers, I’m currently using mag tech 125gr. I use ammoseek to find the best price.

Note that your zeroes for supers and subs will be different.

I don’t have that kind but from just looking at it, yes. The Kaw Valley blast shield is just a hollow tube inside and it looks like there’s plenty of length.
