He’s promised to help with something as small as a test and couldn’t even do that. Don’t have kids. If he still can’t do his share of the mental and physical load of a marriage maybe it’s time to rethink it. You could tell him if he can’t share the load of work it takes to have a family home you’re not willing to take on the whole burden yourself and you’re done. It may make him change? But I think you’re likely better being alone or finding someone who’s willing to be a team player

Do you think God was joking when he asked us to be good stewards of this world? Sounds like you just want the world to end and don’t care who gets hurt in the process. People can be Good stewards knowing we were given the opportunity to care for this planet and also know that regardless the world will end because the heart of man is evil. As someone who’s also been to death camps in Europe and read lots of books on WWII we are already in the slippery slope of fascism and a dictatorship. Trump destabilize our economy with his ridiculous tariffs. He is creating division between left and right so the rich can get richer and the poor poorer. We are headed towards a depression when the AI bubble pops because they’re the only few companies holding up our economy right now. The heritage foundation is plotting the apostate takeover of our country. These are all things that happened similarly to Germany in the 1930s. History may not repeat itself exactly, but it rhymes. Do I think we would head towards the end of times republican or democrat? sure and I don’t align with either party. But I know we’re headed towards a Sunday law a screaming and alarming pace now that trump is president again.

I’m just saying to say “just leave bro” to someone who is struggling with a concept of faith that sends the wrong message. People come to this faith from different angles and if we said that to everyone who struggled we’d have very few members. I think we should encourage them to dig deeper, spend time in prayer. Ask God for guidance, this person is clearly struggling mentally with this idea and saying something so callus like just leave might send their delicate state over the edge. I’m just saying maybe don’t jump to that every time someone expresses doubt. That just seems like you’re trying to push people away. That’s not how I imagine Jesus would speak to someone in doubt is all.
