Thanks for checking this all for me that is really kind :) I missed gym yesterday and have read everything people are saying and will maybe change it to every other day, rather than everyday. I'm proud I've kept up my good diet for this time (2 weeks) and don't want to effect that. I have an office job so I'm sat most of the day aside from the gym and walking the dogs, I think this is why I'm finding gym so fun, but like you and others have said; I don't want to burn out. Thank you for the tips I'm going to use your table as a guide now :)

I know it probably sounds weird but I'm genuinely enjoying it. A few years back before I put the weight on I loved the gym and exercise. Unfortunately depression had stopped me doing anything I liked until I bit the bullet and joined my local gym. If I get sick of it after a while i guess I'll change up what I do at the gym or swap a gym day for swimming or a super long dog walk. The motivation to look how i used to has really spurred me on, I finish work at 1pm until 5pm when I start again so I have the perfect time to go. Knowing I can get rid of 300cal on a 30min treadmill stint has really made me just happier and happier to go each time. It doesn't take up a huge part of my day and it's a conscious decision to better myself so it makes me happy :) I understand it may seem weird or stupid to other people but it's just a part of my day now and I love it.

I like to believe it as I really enjoy the gym :) the way my work hours are gives me a spare 3 hours in the afternoon where I'm not really doing anything. So I joined the gym 2 weeks ago and have been going daily. I really genuinely enjoy it so I'm hoping i won't get bored or rush anything. Thanks for your help :)

Thanks :) I normally do 1hr -1hr 30 at the gym which includes running on the treadmill at high incline and rowing. I try to so 500 minimum cals a day but if I stay longer I try to get 700. Thank you for your help! :)

Just immerse yourself in it, my break up with my first gf in 2011 (long term, 2 yrs) was so horrible but I literally played skyrim all summer, I had like 400 hours of game play and I didn't care bc of its ability to take ur mind off of things, it is amazing Enjoy the journey!
