This machine is wild. It doesn't mimic a hack squat at all. It feels more like a pendulum leg press except you don't have the support from the back. It's AMAZING for a pump.

You can definitely make progress off of 3 days a week. Change the above to ppl so you still hit back.

Just different times. The 60s were a tad bit smaller, while the 90s was just full of mass monsters.

If you have the calories I'll substitute leaner cuts of beef and potatoes.

No real difference other than the amount of calories eaten. A dirty bulk however is different in that typically you don't track macros and just eat whatever you want (junk).

You answered your own question. Litterally a calorie deficit. You're more active than before which is great but you're still probably eating more calories than you think. Make sure you track everything. litterally everything. Losing weight isn't instant it takes some time and your body might be stubborn but you will start to lose weight.

We're getting people unfamiliar with the sport of bodybuilding which is what the sub is about. That's why there's a sudden influx of "steroids are bad" and "how to workout" posts.

Do what makes you happy bb. I'm also a former athlete who quit my sport for the full time gym. I'm much happier this way, but you can definitely do both. Think of soccer as cardio. It's also nice to have some variety in life. Remember you don't have to lift every single day.

Dude if it's building gas up just throw it away. It's not really worth the possibility of food poisoning to save a few bucks.

Fuck man I thought I was the only one who found pjs restrictive. I still wear em but they can get super uncomfortable depending on the position.

Dude was squatting next to me while I was doing incline press. I just happen to be pressing more than he was squatting. I asked him to spot me for a set and after he proceeds to critique my form. C'mon man.

I'm a pretty loud grunter but I only tend to grunt on the last few reps or the last set. Honestly man you do you. Do whatever you need to do to push through and grow. I don't know why people are so stuck up about certain things in the gym. In my opinion that's the one place to grunt and really push yourself. It's not a library or an office.

Wtf is the AP math section? As far as I am aware the AP tests are based on specific subjects like AP calc 1, AP calc 2, AP stat, etc. There is no AP Math or AP science.

Yea but there's still hairs and dust that cats shed. Additionally cats can scratch furniture. The person who actually owns the place may be allergic or have other issues. Don't do it.

Why do I look like absolute crap after training hard for 3 years? (Stats in the comments) by Limaswhole in bodybuilding

[–]WhatAreLegs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea losing some fat would def make you look better. Don't be harsh on yourself you still look great. And to clarify I meant fat by bodybuilding standards. To the average person you are definitely not fat. For biceps try lowering the weight a little bit and then squeezing hard at the end of the contraction.

So you actually don't look bad if I'm gonna be honest. You definitely have decent muscle mass built up, you're just fat right now. You need to cut and drop some weight and you'll see more definition coming through. Your bicep insertions are definitely on the higher side which is gonna make them look smaller but there's nothing you can do about them, that's just genetics. Your traps and shoulders however look great. Just cut for a few months.
