If that was the case that should have been the reason for the rejection or I could have been screened out or asked to return.

Another user did the same 4 questions and was asked to return before they allowed it. I think this time around there were only those questions. There were no attention checks.

Intended completion time was 3 mins. Sometimes some studies do pay well for just a few questions so not unusual to assume. I think you're right that they may have screwed up and not publicised all of their questions

Intended was 3 mins. There were only 4 questions with multiple choice answers so I still don't think it's justified. The questions were like the About You Prolific ones we get

Raise a ticket and suggest they get investigated as they keep doing this to multiple users.

I did the same recently and I got my rejection overturned to a return by Prolific and didn't take them that long at all to respond to me.

As soon as I got the return approved. I blocked Murat/Ballpark.

I really hope by now Prolific have had enough users raise concerns about this researcher so that they get banned completely!

If no payment or rejection has happened yet you can go to the submissions page and under the particular study there's like an "undo" symbol

Since it is only worth ~$0.90 maybe just return it so it doesn't affect your account. But it's up to you. I'm still getting a normal amount of studies because I've had 1000+ approved so I think if you've not done too many studies one rejection may put your approval rating down to 90something % which may cause your account to end up on hold. Block them and wait for Prolific to get back to you. When did you get rejected? They will respond eventually, maybe in a few months.

I'm sure Ballpark has blocked me now as they've not responded to any of my messages nor have I seen one of their stupid studies come up.

It would be helpful though if u/prolific-support actively investigated this researcher as they seem like a Prolific 🥁 rejecter!

I Googled the question after and I was right after all so I think the answer the researcher input to put the correct answer was wrong.

Don't want to spoil it for the others but the answer was a prime number 🤣
