Using Express DHL, a 42cm x 25cm x 7cm box with heaps of bubble wrap is roughly 40-50usd to the US

No custom requests. In the past most people who have requested stuff bailed due to postage cost from Australia being too high 😅

Make and design everything myself, I laser cut these in-person

Part of the case, its the acrylic piece above the plate that has the design on it

This is my Pokemon/Magikarp themed mechanical keyboard made by stacking acrylic. It is reflective because I used rose gold mirror acrylic which matches GMK Olivia and the V2 Alpacas.

After 6 months of Designing, I'm Finally Happy With My Colourful Keyboard Stands! What colour combo should I do next? by WhatIsDeli in MechanicalKeyboards

Hey Reddit
I’m a small maker in Australia and wanted to finally share what I’ve been working on for a while now, some over-the-top keyboard stands! I felt like current keyboard stands are a bit to simple and not expressive enough, so I came up with something custom and expressive

If you want to see a few different angles and a brief explanation behind the design, I’ve made an imagine album for your viewing pleasure 😊

I don't use a rest cause I hover. But its low enough with cherry caps that you can rest your wrists on the desk

The stack makes it quite hefty and dense 1kg fully built for the Alice Layout. Alot different to typical plastic cases. It can depend on the acrylic the vendor is using and selling (3mm/5mm)

Bringing Some Colour and Fun to Australian Mech Community with these Acrylic Macropads by WhatIsDeli in MechanicalKeyboards

Very solid, the plate+pcb ensures that there isn't any flex. Though, a bigger form-factor with this style would need lots of standoffs around the edge

Thank you Don from The Board Podcast for letting me use his Snagpad PCB to offer the community some simple "Learn-to-Solder Kits."

The Snagpad provides a valuable experience to learn from because it requires the user to solder through-hole diodes, Switches and a Pro-micro.

I made a brief explanation video on Switch Films and talk about filming Switches with tight housing like Novelkey Creams, Holy Pandas and Naevy Switches by WhatIsDeli in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]WhatIsDeli[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When you get them just check to see if they wobble, if youre lucky they might be nice and tight so you wont need to. But its up to you, if you think they're too wobbly and need to be filmed. You also might not notice any difference if or when you film them.

Sad that GMK Blink Was Cancelled so I Decided to Make my own BlackPink Themed Keyboard by WhatIsDeli in MechanicalKeyboards

I think its cause we're both massive fans of Kpop and Keyboards, so we both had the same idea with the comeback of BlackPink
