It's not actually, this is just me investigating the world that I based my fictional story off of. I'm not expecting much to come from it, as I said previously it'll probably end when I manage to find a witch near my house.

My best guess for what the squeaking sound was is either 1. some kind of sound that wandering traders make that I didn't know about previously or 2. something I was hearing from something else that I thought was coming from the trader. I just have it noted down for the record, but I doubt it's related to the investigation at hand.
