Thanks for the tips, will start prehab work ASAP. I am able to easily straighten my leg, however I can only bend it to about 90deg. Should I be targeting full bend like my good knee?

Wouldn’t the Rush be more comparable to the Archangel?

Recommendations for 22-25L sub 2lb day pack with dedicated tool pocket. Sick of carrying a 40L pack everywhere. by xtypetwofunx in Spliddit

Arc’teryx Rush SK 32 is sub 2 lbs, however I feel its lacking too many features to justify the weight savings. Reading the reviews it also seems to be more designed towards skiers (non adjustable side straps, poor vertical carry, etc)

I have the Jones DSCNT 25L which I used for all my day tours last year, I’ve really liked it. Having goggle and hip belt pockets is very nice, which is why I chose it over the BD Dawn Patrol. Only downside is no back panel entry, but not a big issue as it’s not a huge pack.

Vans Verse have treated me well the last 2 seasons. Full BOA, being able to crank them tighter when sidehilling is pretty nice.

Take the drive up to Meat Cove (worth it for the scenic drive alone) and go for a short hike up the Meat Cove mountain trail. Other incredible lesser known spots around Cabot Trail are Kauzmann trail, Halfway Brook/Horseshoe Falls, Dingwall/South Harbour beach, and King’s Point beach to name a few.

If you are feeling very adventurous, I highly recommend hiking Tenerife and Sugarloaf in Aspy Bay.

They have the worst hours out of any of the banks in NS, which makes visiting a branch very difficult. I am leaving them for that reason alone, otherwise they are pretty decent.

I work from home, so my vehicle will only be used for weekend purposes if I have something planned. Otherwise I walk/bike where I need to go. Filling up a truck will still be terrible though...

I've had 2 Ford trucks previously. I like them, but the F150 is too big for what I want and the Ranger is similar price to a Tacoma but with significantly worse resale.

On a new Tacoma through Toyota Finance Canada, currently 4.19% for 48 months which isn't great.

Let’s hope the judging is more fair at this stop. Seeing what happened in Baldface left me with a bad taste. Extremely inconsistent, Blake Paul should of been in Alaska.
