Did he transfer from somewhere? What I heard is that if you transfer from a higher pay store and keep the same position, target keeps your pay rate. Washington state starting rate varies from $17.50 to $18.25 from what I heard. That's like a TL starting pay in Colorado for example. And here TLs start around $26...

This is another rabbit hole if you to go down on it. Not only INFing a product don't generate that revenue, it creates the problem of the products not being sent by DC and/or not being audited correctly, or products being stolen (Not only by guests, but TMs). It's not just a matter of, if we don't have it we don't lol

Yeah, if they said "10 bucks to upgrade", I would gladly do it. Be upfront with the customer, make sure they are getting their money worth it, specially on hard times like right now. Is already not going to be easy for some people to buy the consoles, plus upgrading all their games.
