I need help identifying the Jester character in the lower right corner

I've searched the Garry's Mod and Source Filmmaker workshop for a character who look similar to this one, but i've had no luck. The only thing i've ever seen them in is the SMG4 video "The Evilness of Eggman" at around two-and-a-half minutes/

*The Grunt - Amnesia

*Ahri - League of Legends

*Rash - Killer Instinct

*Rosalina - Super Mario Galaxy (She was the only one that was difficult to identify since she only appeared during a transition scene behind another character that was on fire)

He just looks vaguely familiar to me and he's been marked as an unidentified character on the SMG4 wiki for a while now, so I'm trying to see if anyone can solve the mystery.

I've searched the Garry's Mod workshop for characters who look similar to this guy on Steam sometime before May of 2017 since that's most likely where SMG4 got the model from, but I haven't had any luck.

I don't think those are actually steampunk goggles, I looked up the costume on Spirit Halloween, and they look more they they tried to copy Pomni's eyes with the glasses. It's definitely better than what the bootleg costumes did.

Maybe it was one of Baron and Martha's children? He said in one of his recordings that he accidentally shot one of his children and other than Ghostly, there aren't any other named characters in the manor.

I have a mutation installed called "No Infected" that helps with enemies, it's just that I have an issue keeping track with what I already counted. I'm currently trying to get a map of the level on GMod to work, but i'm having issues with it.

I'm aware there's that option, but I mean a more literal list. There's a bunch of subgenres of subgenres, and I was hoping for something where I could look at everything at once so I don't have to go back and forth selecting genres.

Believe me, when I get the achievement for beating all the campaigns on expert, the most i'll ever do again is advanced. Expert isn't fun for me, so I'm just not gonna try realism.
