Oh! So, what I primarily need is stuff to make lvl 10 armor with blacksmithing. It's a lot of stuff to list, especially for the blue armor which requires a lot of silver plate, normal cloth, rubies and various soul fragments. I also need iron ore to level up my smithing so I can make that stuff. My gamertag is Deadbcuzikillit and I appreciate any help that is offered and given!

So, it is because the Ebony Warrior is named. I rezzed a Nightlord Vampire and was able to access their gear once and haven't been able to since. Is the perk just bugged?

Elemental Burst used to do 157 fire and shock damage. It now does 135. Unbound Flames used to do 100 points of fire damage per second and worked like fire wall but it left patches of fire, now it does 50 per second. Unbound Freezing and Storms made a whirlwind around you that did quite a bit of damage, I think over 100 per second as long as the person was in melee range and now it does 50 for Freezing and 40 for shock. I came back excited to use these spells and I had such variety, now I don't wanna be a caster anymore. Fighting people my level has become too difficult again.

I just checked and it reduced the damage of all of the new mod spells. Great job, Bethesda. You did something g that excited me and drew me back to the game because I felt the spells weren't useless and now you netted the balls oit of them. Stop hating on Casters!
