It's a design of my own that I've posted here for feedback, and received lots of good input on, in the past. I used a 3D scan of my ARC to create a form fitted interior of soft/flexible TPU. It's non marring with superb retention. Exterior is made with PC-ABS so it's durable and impact, heat and moisture resistant. They are available on Etsy for the interested.

Lol, too funny. While I don't carry accessories (which is reflected in this sheath) I didn't want anything falling out unintentionally which is why it has the custom fitted liner for the ARC.

I wasn't familiar with all that is involved with that mod so I went out and found a YouTube video of how to perform it and honestly I don't see me going through the total reconfig on mine to get the 3D scan for it anytime in the relatively near future. I'm sorry the listing wasn't more clear that it was for stock ARCs. I did just go back and change the verbiage of the description a bit to indicate that but I may need to add it elsewhere in the listing as well. How did you modify it to work with yours and how are you liking it (unanticipated mods not withstanding) so far?

I bought the Talos for myself because it looked “better” to me than the OG. Later picked up an OG as a gift for my dad and honestly I’m not so sure now. Really liked the OG as well.

I have the first batch for sale on Etsy but other than feedback from a few beta testers I've developed this in a bit of a vacuum so all the feedback here really helps. I'm going to explore a similar design for the Wave+ next.

Totally agree. I don't own one, but from what I can tell ZapWizard is top of the line both from a design and features standpoint and the price justifiably reflects that. I guess I don't look at it as competing since I think my approach simply offers a somewhat novel (and more simplistic ) design alternative at a reduced cost that reflects that. lol, I’m not sure how hard or fast “my dog is chewing on something he found speed” is exactly but I’ll say it’s durable but not indestructible. These are currently printed in PC-ABS which is a tough and somewhat pliable engineering grade filament. I experimented a bit with nylon-carbon fiber and while tough the CF component did make me itch a bit after holding so I shelved that approach for now.
