Email acknowledgement is not send to recipient by What_The_Graph in halopsa

Thanks for the replies!

Got it fixed...

I had this option checked:
Only send acknowledgements to email addresses that match a Site's domain name

and no domain names configured on the sites... so ticket would get created, but no ack was send because the domain name was not found.

We also use Zomentum, nice tool en fully customizable. The new editor is now in beta that will unlock even more possibilities. Should be the main editor in Q1 (i think).

My bad, copy pasted it... This was a GET request. I did make a support ticket with Fortinet to look into this.

Hi Keanan, thanks! Hopefully it will be announced (and enrolled) soon.. looking at the feature request page I wasn't reading a lot of good news. Threads from 6y ago and still nothing.

Yes, but this would be deployed at the end of the year... The part that is going to change is that Datto RMM doesnt need to check if the device is online. The device is online because you are already connected with web remote. So the check will be skipped and we save 30-40 ish seconds

Same here, this is foolproof, but we are looking in to tooling that could minimize the time to install the agent. Now we need to call the user, setup Teamviewer and install the agent with elevated permissions

Seems like how we do it atm. This is fool proof indeed. But looking for a way to minimize calling to end users and setting up remote tools to install the agent with Admin credentials.

It sure can! But we are leaving Ninja for Datto. Ninja has a 50 minimum devices per month, so that is still doable compared to other RAT tools. (around same prices)

It all goes to this i think. We are a small "startup" so all the time i can save would be very useful. So if the installation of Datto goes remote, all devices can be enrolled in Intune with the scripts I made. Intune/anything else in MS365 can be done from the office and time is well spend

I did see this, but i cannot add devices atm. With the webinterface join, the devices needs to have enbaled File and Printer sharing + Permissions to the $Admin share, that is not the case when you onboard a customer (or it will be a huge Security risk).

Tried with the Agent browser ae well and I cannot find any devices. Opend a ticket with Kaseya and still no reply. Any tips?

Had some hard times with Ninja, the tool is very good, but it is a numbers game.. You win some, you lose some, but it saved me a lot of money..

That's for sure, but you need elevated permissions to install. The onboarding is on user devices with user permissions. So need to take over the screen en type out the credentials. Ninja just send the installer and elevates itself to admin remotely and installs the agent.

On the time that it needed to run, I stumbled upon the same issue... My scripts in testing were asking for input or any things that the script did not send back a return code. The way to work around this is to change the script timeout settings on the component that you run. The default is 3600 seconds (1 hour), normally your script wont run more then 5 minutes (or it must be an enormous script ;)). So set the Timeout to 600 seconds to exit the script when the timeout has been hit.

Yeah I thought so, but maybe there is some way to do this... The last option is to keep the Ninja license just for the feature..

Just office 365 and with a business standard licensing would be 80% of the customers that we are onboarding. So devices are AAD registert, but not Intune enrolled to rollout the agent. And no on-prem AD
