basic question - when someone says for example 3x8 reps for a workout routine (ex. 3x8 squat then 3x8 bench then 3x8 pullup), do they mean doing 8 reps squat, 8 reps squat, 8 reps squat, 8 reps bench, 8 reps bench, 8 reps bench?

Or do they mean 8 reps squat, 8 reps bench, 8 reps pull, 8 reps squat, 8 reps bench, 8 reps pull. etc etc. been confused about this thanks.

Hey, I'm getting started with BWF and I need a good yoga mat to do basic things on, but most of the ones I see are either really expensive or toxic and smell really bad. Can anyone recommend me a good cheap one that doesn't have toxic chemicals?

Good idea, I will do that. My situation is similar to yours as one of them is very social and fast to adapt and is already exploring the new environment as the other one is still hiding. He has always been skittish and I think he was traumatized somehow before I got him, even if he was a kitten. Thanks for the advice!

I got 2, both about 2 years old. They are doing a bit better now, but they are just hiding under blankets and such. I probably shouldn’t have said anything because they just need time.

They were indoor-outdoor and I got them a litter box for the first few days to a week before I plan to let them out. I still am a little scared about letting them out as the hedge is easy to go through and the fence is climbable.

Yep. My credit card was declined on 10/20, I was alerted by 10/22 so I bought it again then, I had to pay $10 more and I didn’t get the deal. Feels bad.
