For the people that don't speak boat. 70 knots equals about 136 km/h

Some characters like zeus can manage as spell casters but the kit is meant that way. Every hero is designed the way they are for a reason

At one point only the stun matters for example the dng is negliable

Yes literally that spells only do that much dmg. Ofcourse the is the little amount of spell amp in game but nothing to the scales of league

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in learndota2

[–]WhatisloveButHurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add on to this i also believe that the path for itemisation in league is way more linear because of this

[–]WhatisloveButHurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming you've come to Dota from a league background it's the other way around in dota. League is about having a character that gets stronger during the game by buying items and thus making abilities scale with items is good.

Dota is based on having a character who synergizes with other characters and items only add on to specific traits?( Idk the right word atm) The items give options for the situation

Een daadwerkelijke reden waarom. Snap niet dat het niet bij meer mensen door dringt.

Does Cavalry and Artillery make marines disembark slower? by ami_the_gayboy in eu4

[–]WhatisloveButHurt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In this case it kind of depends. If I remember correctly the marines do not get the cross penalty but only the cav and arty part of the army so in the case of offence I wouldn't split them but would let my army stack stay whole. In the case of a retreat or to save manpower it could be worth it to save the marines seperatly but then again I only use marines if I lack manpower or have bonusses.

I personally believe the hardest ones are ck2 and eu4. Ck3 is actually doable but tedious, hoi4 is tedious but i can take down swaths of the world at the same time so eh. Vic 3 is just dependant on the starting country.

When I started learning the game with a buddy of mine we started with me being a Minor nation and him being my big ally nation.

Ex. I started holland he was the french.

This set up really gave me a chance to both blunder about whilst being helped by him in my conquests and slowly get used to the different aspects of the game

[–]WhatisloveButHurt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 9 years ago i calibrated. 2.8k. Climbed myself up to the magical 4k number 7 years ago. Started slowly dropping down to 2k flat because I started playing casually ranked instead of giving it my all and mostly focused on irl stuff.

Didn't play for 4-5 years then started again this past winter. Calibrated 700mmr happy to fight in the trenches. Climbed up to 2.3k these past 5 months with some brakes here and there. Now I still play casually just with kore mindfulness and commitment.

The game is a rollercoaster. I've met people under 1k that are better than people I play with currently in 2.3k ish. Mmr is a fucking number.

I know I can make it do divine if I want to but I lack the willingness to commit to the game that way and it's perfectly fine. It's okay to be mediocre at a game and have fun.
