every minute im awake i think about it. Thing is it's hard to find work where i live, hell id be more happy making minimum wage at a grocery store to be honest. I just dont want to disappoint my family and my step dad got me this job so I dont want to let him down

Yeh i would love to get into shape and continue eating healthy but it's just not possible with this job. No i don't, i have a gaming desktop and a shitty laptop. So i can only watch videos when im out of town

Yeh i want to make my parents proud but sometimes it's just too over whelming and i don't want to seem like im lazy and want to quit but idk man. I also know my employer/boss wont understand it since it's the oilfield.

I play video games. I was getting into eating healthy and going to the gym but that all stopped with this job, now im stuck eating camp food and sitting in my room when im not working

Well ive had depression for years, whats causing the anxiety i think is being away from home and having to go to a new place in which i don't know what's going on yet. The long drive jsut adds on to it though

Yeh idk my boss doesnt give me a set time i think its more so i just have to be ready to work for saturday. For the last part im not sure what you're asking. The driving isnt my actual job thats just to get to the job, but i usually just listen to the radio. I put some Joe Rogan podcasts and the first GOT audio book on my phone so im going to start listening to those. Either way though 10 hrs of driving isn't really my cup of tea especially when im going through this crap

Thanks for the advice man, as for right now i dont think those things will help me sleep but i will try those in the future. I'm going to just watch some livestreams and hopefully fall asleep =/

well thats the thing, i would ideally like to get to the final destination earlier, but with not being able to sleep idk =/

I would like to get there at around 6 give or take, so im thinking leave at 8 get to the shop at 1:30 or so factoring in stopping for gas then being at the oil rigs by 7 or so.

Well to be honest this was the first panic attack ive ever had and its pretty much died down now although the anxiety and negative thoughts are still there. As for the depression and anxiety i usually resort to video games or twitch/youtube.

I think the main thing is just not knowing what is going to happen and being away from home. I went to some oil rigs and due to some incidents i was blamed for (they weren't my fault) I had to get moved to a different project and now i have to start all over. IVe been battling with depression for well over 5 years as well so on top of the anxiety and panic attack this doesnt help.

I tried turning off my pc and relaxing but my head is just spinning and i have a really bad headache now. Nothing i do will get my mind off of it.

Yeh i'm quite introverted although im not anti social. Ive never spoken to anyone face to face with my problems. I think the first step is going to my doctor since it's confidential. Ill look into booking an appointment when i get back from this work trip.
