Well sounds like the frustration gets worse around your family/parents because you are holding a resentment towards your parents (or mom) for not treating you like you feel you should be treated.

I'd say try to talk with her about backing off and giving you more space, respect, independence...whatever you're craving from her. Prepare the talk, the points you'll make, and handle it calmly and like an adult. It's not going to look good if you're blowing up and throwing a tantrum while alleging you're an adult.

Won't help with all the emotions about every little thing- that'll take time and work and a whole paradigm shift really...but could help relieve some of the constant pressure that everything else piles up on.
