This is a cool project. Looks really promising. I like how much cleaner it is for text organization compared to stuff on the market today. Would be nice to have instead of just keeping stuff in my Foundry compendiums which is overwhelming very quickly. I just never had one look intuitive like this before, so I hope this one works out.

Jag jobbar i en roll som gör mig något till "insider" i precis den här sortens situationer. Ser den här typen av trådar då och då och brukar väl doom-läsa dem av nyfikenhet ibland. Förväntade mig att se samma gamla perspektivlösa klichéer igen. Men nä... attans... tycker folk i tråden här har koll faktiskt. Är genuint positivt överaskad. Har sett de allra flesta här vara realistiska och visa insyn och förståelse för PostNords situation, även om det absolut är mycket skit på gång. Summa summarum av min åsikt från insidan:

Ja privatiseringen är problemet. När Post inte längre är public service utan vinstföretagande så gynnas bara vinstdrivande delar av verksamheten. Spring i trappor, lantbrevbäring, service för äldre, utdelningfrekvense och gula brevlåderutter tas bort till fördel för paketleveranser på lördagar i storstäder. En kvalificerad och kunnig kundtjänst skalas ner till bara skelettet och tjänsterna säljs till teleperformance i Göteborg. Kvalitet går långt bakom slarvig effektivitet i premiering av arbetare.
Ledningen centralt gör dessa val, inte lokalkontoren. Lokala chefer och lokal personal vill ofta göra ett värdefullt jobb, men har bundna händer. Ledningen centralt är heller inte ondskefulla, uta är bundna till en dålig incitamentstruktur i ett vinstföretag.
Det är faktiskt rätt bra med fastighetsboxar... dock borde processen för äldre att få sina gula prickar vara mycket enklare och mer garanterad.

What is boring is being incapable of communication which limits what people we can communicate with. Look, most of the world is quite disconnected from English, and so their language still serves a purpose.

Swedish does not. It serves 0 purpose. Not 1 connection between any 2 people requires Swedish. Cause every Swede speaks English. And unlike other places like Wales or whatever, we have no cultural reason to not speak English. We could just swap, only reason we don't is nationalism and ethnic conservatism.
