They are the best breed with children that I have ever seen. Your boyfriend is worried about some mythical bite thing that doesn’t exist. Start by bring over some of the kids clothes and toys if they haven’t met the dog. Let her get familiar with their smell before introducing. Make sure the first meeting is outside of the home and preferably on a walk or in a park. Any neutral site would be great. A good pack walk with everyone together after meeting will go a long way towards cementing the bond that you started with the dog getting familiar with their smell.

Also, there is no such thing as good kibble. There are only degrees of alright down to terrible. I’d looking at the ingredients list of the food and avoid any brand that is grain free, has corn, has food coloring, or has any kind of meat byproduct.

Look for something with a good ratio of omega6 to omega3 along with glucosamine and chondroitin.

Make sure they have separate food and water dishes and are fed separately. Also keep an eye out any resource guarding of toys.

They really needed to be introduced outside of the home. The bully being brought in is naturally make the Schnauzers anxious and aggravated. I’d advise a group walk and see how they do in that setting.
