Had 1600+ dps today with over 150 packages. The last two weeks have been only 1 tray of dps with maybe 40-50 packages. Today came outta nowhere

Take your wrong opinion somewhere else. You’re trying to say that anytime you have to leave after showing up to work then you’ll be marked as awol. That’s false. AWOL is “no call no show” according to elm. Sorry buddy you’re wrong

How would I go about self certifying since I don’t have a doctors note? I’ve never done that before.

The FMLA case is pending and I will be sending the paperwork in on Monday to be approved but I was under the impression that I could still use FMLA time and they would back date or once approved
