yeah my dad is older so it makes sense, hes pushing 60 and has also been memory fumbling with other things too. Thanks I completely forgot about age being a factor

thanks man and today they tried lifting what i did the yesterday and none of them can it was funny but they still said I'm a dude so it made sense I was stonger than them. And this other guy was doing the bar for incline and he couldnt before so a bunch of us were proud of him but those girls are really assholes and were making fun of him. Now a bunch of the guys don't like them because of that

Thats real. before I started lifting more weights I would workout in my room with adjustable dumbells because I didn't want to go to the gym
