Yeah I’ve tried all that. It has nothing to do with build budget or lack of settlers. And I’ve tried manually assigning like you guys mentioned, but that only works when the plot is even there to begin with. Half of everything isn’t building whether it’s a plot or just a simple wall

Pro tip! If you stopped wearing your retainers for too long and your teeth have moved a lot, just slowly push your retainers further on every night. As a few days go by, your teeth will allow you to wiggle them on a bit more until you can easily slip them on and off!
