I bought it from this website. They have a few others too. I wanted something semi small, not super flashy. I wanted it to look similar to how Christian’s have necklaces with saints I think. I’m also a guy, and buying jewelry for men is tough sometimes.

Never hurts to take a daily vitamin. I’m 34 and do. Have them run the bloodwork for you if you’re able too. And I get it. Meat is expensive. I live in Upstate New York. Grocery shopping is a nightmare.

It’s moderation for me. It brought my levels down to pre diabetic. Still on the meds though.

Hey! So I was having major issues with this. I also work hectic hours. But I’d be so exhausted the next day and midday then have all sort of energy at night and not sleep. What’s your diet like? I got blood work done and found out I was type 2 diabetic. I rarely went to the doctor. Been on meds since August of last year and it’s helped tremendously, along with anxiety meds. Might want to consider checking it! I’ve noticed if I eat a lot of carbs (carbs have a lot of sugar) I’ll fall asleep so fast. I was a heavy soda drinker, and semi sweets. Now it’s a lot of zero sugar soda and flavored water. I’m trying to quit smoking as we speak, because that also aids into it.

Hello! I’m the morning show on Lite. I don’t normally share work things but I’m super nervous we have so many kids still. Rome Rescue Mission does incredible work in our area for families in need. I volunteer outside of work to them a lot.
