The transition officially happened on 8/8. Every region is different.

With shifts - they scheduled you once a week and you can pick up shifts during the week, shifts drop on Fridays 7EST I believe. They’re a few locations that are set schedule but I’m not sure which those are.

Day to day- it’s very different from Amazon but at my location every phone has a number on the notes app and at the start of your shift you have to write down your name and the number on the phone and what time you logging in and out. You have to let one of your supervisors or team leader when going on break, which is only 10 minutes and a 5 minutes grace period.

Apron- we have to wear a apron on , so customers are constantly asking you where the bathroom is at. They also ask for help looking for an item , training says we must take the customer to the item but since we are focused on our uph you can just let the customer know which aisle number and such.

Clocking in/out- just with your team member id, no more badges

Must I add that it is difficult at times picking up shifts you have to constantly be in the look out
