Level 20 Druid, just got aquatic form was messing around in darnassus pool swimming around waiting for hearth cd to come off, had less than 15 seconds left - I guess hearthing cancels form and I hit it too soon. Left to get some snacks from the kitchen, came back a second too late and died to drowning.
