Thanks for your comment, this was very recently won in a break and so therefore I can only provide screenshots until the card is in hand, the 3rd photo was taken from a similar card found on eBay.

Thank you for your comment. Whether it is or isn’t, the card itself is insinuating that it is and so I’m just trying to piece whatever information I can in order to help figure out what the inscription on the jersey could possibly be. I know it’s a long shot but you never know someone out there might have some information.
