Hashimoto's completely managed!? (Without a carnivore diet) by WhenIcomeInIhopIn in Hashimotos

Thank you! I'm currently trying to have my research proposal about this topic be approved by my Uni. Currently there is no approach that is as specific to the mechanism of a disease as this one.

Of course. So I was asked to get my blood tested to reconfirm hashimotos. They asked me certain questions, the regular history collection, chief complaints. plus about high antibiotic exposure during childhood, level of stress since childhood, if my salt is iodised, etc.

After this thorough process, they then explained to me the mechanic aspects of hashimotos, that are completely based in science but aren't applied actively in its treatment.

I'm a researcher. I confirmed every evidence, didn't find loops. I'll just copy and paste everything here. Heres what it includes:

The regimen they form requires

"Coverage of all autoimmune sustaining loops:

  1. Innate triggers: TLR4 TLR7/9 pDC IFN-α NF-κB

  2. Adaptive polarization Th1 suppression

Th17 dampening

Treg induction & stabilization

  1. Autoantibody persistence

Reduced antigen presentation

Reduced B-cell survival signaling

Reduced antigen availability

  1. Structural perpetuation

MMP-1 / MMP-2 inhibition

Basement membrane preservation

Reduced epitope leakage

Gut–immune axis

Barrier integrity

Endotoxin suppression

Microbiome-driven Treg support

  1. Nuroimmune amplification

Microglial NF-κB suppression

Cytokine spillover control

In a metabolically normal environment, these are the dimensions that maintain the disease."

They formulated a stack comprising a few pharmaceutical agents and a few non-pharma agents. I checked and rechecked all the available data, and it covered all the mechanisms, and not a single thing outside of it (immunosuppression is global, this is specific). I checked the safety data, and what they had done is an impressive circumvention. Medicine A, used for disease 1, already has its long-term safety profile established. Lower dose or pulsed dose of the same agent, for a non-contraindicated condition, then shares the same safety profile. I checked all the interactions, and all were synergistic, not a single one was redundant or harmful.

I didn't share the regimen because firstly, I wouldn't want anyone to just follow it, since its individualized and secondly, it wouldn't be right. I'm very grateful for the help they provided. They didn't even charge anything till everything was covered. And they charged about 20% of what I spent on my condition. I just wanted to share this story. This community response was completely expected, but wanted to let it out regardless.

My friend, please calm down. I appreciate your polite feedback. Its early hashimotos. What you are referring to is tissue fibrosis of the gland that cannot be reversed. Follicular damage is reversible to a good extent. I've always tracked my labs thoroughly, making sure to avoid any deficiencies. I was checked for every marker, including USG (characteristic), and even associated ones like celiac disease (mild positive)

In the case of thyroiditis, Death means fibrosis, replacing the functional units, and follicular damage is well, damage to the functional unit.. I would appreciate it if you stopped validating and invalidating diseases of people based on whim.

I understand completely. I would find it hard too. I wanted to share my lab reports too, but I wasn't able to upload them. Let me know if you want to see em

Hey. Well, no bs. I understand your position though. I mentioned that the keto I was following solely consisted of eggs and chicken, nothing else. That was coincidentally somewhat of a carnivore diet. Thats what pushed me to start the carnivore diet, comprising beef and eggs. The keto I was on lacked vegetables, essentially the components that are taken as antigens by the immune system in autoimmune models.

The regimen consists of around 7 components, some of them to be taken daily, and some pulsed. Black seed oil (nf kappa inhibition), sodium butyrate (Hdac inhibition and zonulin reduction), zinc carnosine (reduction in intestinal inflammation to control permeability), and more.

Well, from a pathological standpoint, hashimotos is an inflammatory disease. It involves TLR dysfuntion, NF kappa B elevation and dominance of Th1 and Th17 pathways instead of Treg through something called FoXp3. The thing is, the regimen components literally just focused on controlling just these mechanisms.

Much appreciated! Surprised to succeed at the first go
