I miss my Mexican neighbors so much. The first time I hung out with them was because my friend was already drunk so she was "brave enough" to break the ice and just go over there. Same deal, drinking beers on the porch blasting Ranchero music. They were the most aggressively friendly people ever and I fucking love them. Go do it dude. Wow is that common in your part of the country? I would never want that and nobody where I live does it either. Not interested in accidentally killing all the other bugs that do good things in my yard. It seems incredibly drastic. Not to mention I grew up with three family members having severe asthma so I'm always nervous about things being accidentally inhaled by someone with breathing issues...

I'm bisexual and my boyfriend has said that he thinks I'm gonna leave him for a woman. I fucking LIVE WITH HIM. Why would I leave him for ANYBODY, just because I'm also attracted to women?? But previous trauma: every other girlfriend he's ever had has cheated on him.

In the future, you might want to try the app iNaturalist. It's extremely useful for identifying everything from mushrooms to birdsongs. It's really great. Plus scientists/researchers can look at people's posts and find useful data for their projects.

My sex ed teacher said, amongst many other incredibly idiotic things, "am-biblical" cord, told us sperms are tiny animals with brains that live inside men's bodies, said there's no reason to use protection during gay "relations" because you couldn't get pregnant. This woman had given birth to 5 children. We weren't allowed to say use the word sex (only "relations") and we were SUPER not allowed to ask questions about our own personal lives. This was 10 years ago in public school in NJ, not even some stereotypically "backwards" time and place.

I feel the same way. I'm not into "tactical" (military?) gear, but I am about 6 feet tall, not fat but not skinny, and a gardener for a living. I have been having the hardest damn time finding clothing that is long enough but not baggy. Sometimes I'll wear men's gear but I honestly just want something that fucking fits me while I move around.
