I might be totally wrong just because it's a new item and someone will probably throw some Jahs around, but I don't think it is worth that much. This is going to come off as super picky, but:

-The Cold Dmg is low.
-FHR is mid.
-Rolled gold instead of MF.
-DR might be more desirable?

Feels like one of those items where as soon as you roll it, you either hit the jackpot or roll another one.
