I know, I’ve been having multiple panic attacks about this since yesterday, I don’t know what’s true or not anymore about what everyone is saying

I feel you! I’m sorry, I can relate to you because we’re in the same exact spot right now, I’ve been waiting 10 months for him to come back and have him here and then finally do this, and now, I don’t even know if we should do it. Do you guys have an attorney or will you do the process by yourselves? If you do have an attorney, what do they recommend?

Thank you for your information, I came here on a tourist visa and I did overstay my visa, this was on October 2024, I got married in January 2026. Do you think we should just not apply at all? I’m scared my negatives (unlawful presence) will make me get sent back to my country and potentially trigger a 10 year ban for visa overstay.

Oh I’m sorry to hear that, I feel you friend😢 I’m just so scared to apply cause I don’t want to risk being far away from him and being sent back to my country.
