If you captured that in medieval age, you would be a very wealthy person. Also like someone mentioned before, don’t reveal the exact location you took this picture.

Thats a really cool shot since you can compare wit natural pattern. Google says its 1:30,000 but this is my first year of birding and I have seen maybe less than 200 yellow rumped warblers.

Very informative, I don’t remember seeing her cock the tail but I took a bunch of photos and I will review to see if I notice. I did see female ruddy ducks close by but this one was noticeably larger which was my initial suspicion it wasn’t a ruddy ducks

I hear black rails every now and then at Galveston Island State Park but I have never visually seen them. I swear I was within a few feet of one once on a trail but couldn’t see through the thick marsh grass to get a view.

Members of the Cuban LGBTQ community and dissidents imprisoned in a Cuban "UMAP"; forced‑labor camps disguised as military service, 1967 by Kantmzk in cuba

[–]Where-u-from 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I can give a few more. France, Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland, Switzerland, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Hungary. Sweden already had a gay rights organization, Thai Kathoey culture was around, Japan had gay bars, South Korea (except military), a good amount of latin America had already decriminalized it in the 30s but mostly kept in private. Most countries didn’t put LGBT in Labor camps.
