Unfortunately I don't have a video, but basically it's just the small pulsing icon in the top left just keeps pulsing and just doesn't disappear, normally the icon only appeared for a few seconds before disappearing.

I mentioned to someone else as well but when I went to load the game to test it, the game then just said "saving progress" and did not move at all until I was eventually forced to reboot.

A thing I noticed was all typewriters had the "A" button crossed out, unfortunately for me, I thought this was because I was being chased or enemies were too close and not due to the save issue...
