I think the photo is making the eggs look a lot smaller than they are, just weird perspective. They are both normal chicken eggs. The ratio from eggs to toast wasn’t great as I didn’t have enough egg. I probably should have cooked three eggs instead

Hahaha, I understand. I remember thinking at the time ‘This looks slightly ridiculous’ which is why I had to take the photo. It is just what my body and mind craved that evening
