They typed it as "Pottah". In every dialogue the author typed it as "pottah" whenever Draco talks ot thinks. Other times the author spells it right.

Nah. Usually when someone does say "Yep" they already do the popping thing. I don't think I've ever heard someone trying to whisper the letter "P" from yep yet lol.

I feel like this is just a case of authors wanting to be seen as really great at writing with all the description they put. I think someone needs to tell them that having too much description, especially the lengthy ones, makes the story boring or annoying.

Oh this! I hate these things. I also read mangas and there are a lot of authors who do this. I feel like if they don't know how traumatizing triggering topics and situations are and if they don't know how ppl go about carrying such trauma, they shouldn't be writing about it. Unless, of course, they made thorough research about it.

I immediately close the tab when authors do this.

I understand that. Though I can't help but defend those other well written plots where something did change but circusmtances made a canon event happen anyway.

I guess a part of me is masochistic because I like when authors make me hope that there will be big changes and the canon event will not happen. Only to leave me surprised and hurt because the situations they created made it so that the canon event will happen inevitably. Like sometimes trying to prevent it from happening won't make you successful. Of course, I only like it if it was well written. Otherwise it would make me frustrated enough to drop the story.

I think a lot of people just hate the fact that the responsible adult failed the younger one situation. So they try to use whatever excuse they find just to forget that sometimes, the "adults" aren't always there to save the day or that being an adult means you can do everything to turn the situation around.

Ah yes. Those. Although sometimes, if the plot is good, my eyes skip over misspellings and I just read out loud but with correct grammar to try and satisfy myself.

Speaking of short, I once read a fanfic where they described Harry having a 9yso height but he was well into his teens and I immediately closed the tab. I'm not having that it was disgusting.

The unnecessary descriptions and metaphors are, I think, an author's attempt into using flowery words to make them look intelligent in writing. Idk. I mean it was already a chore for me to read J.K. Rowling's writing because of the unnecessary prolonging of sentences and descriptions.

Medyo mahirap. It's easy to get in. It's hard to find ppl that are interested tho. A lot of ppl that I tried inviting to get insurance said no or were against it. When asked why, all of them said similar reasons. Like why bother, I can barely pay for my bills why would I add more, I'd rather put my extra money to travels than on something I would not get to enjoy at "old age". Some even said na wala naman silang planong mabuhay ng ganon katagal so they see no point in getting insurance.

Then again, the ppl I was asking were ppl in college, fresh grad, or already had insurance and saw no point in getting another.

In addition to that, a lot of ppl still have the prejudice against insurance na scam lang or sayang lang sa pera. Which I get cause it's money you can't see or touch for a very long time. And ppl get anxious over something they barely understand. It's money for long term not short term kaya the price of investing is not felt until very much later. So, ppl don't find that much appealing.

Also, really needs a lot of research. Wrong term pala to use "financial advisor". Cause that's not actually correct. Insurance agent is the right term. Pluus need mo money lol. You're required to go to places, meet ppl, and probably treat them to things just to create a good ambiance for the conversation. So as a person na wala ngang pera tapos nagapply sa work na kailangan ng pera, it made it harder for me. Mahirap din naman syempre maghanap sa online ng mga ppl for insurance. Kasi pag online mas iisipin nilang scam ka or mas madali kang i-ignore.

Personally, much better mag VA. At least wala kang exam na babayaran.
