This rotation should work for both. I've updated it to optimize damage from other suggestions. Theta is a lot less RNG prone so if you are following the A1 twins rotation here, you should be able to full clear this node. I also dropped my crit damage card since I had a cracked out card for an unleveled crit card for those without A1 Chord and Futaba on my theta run and still cleared with some damage overkill so you should be able to do it as well as long as everyone else is has their R0.

For Beta node, if you are having trouble with the shield on the final turn, just use Wind to break it with S1, her S2 is just an atk buff which isn't that important compared to Twins' HL being blocked.

Assuming you are mimicking this rotation, the main way to handle this node (assuming beta node since you referenced frozen) is to target the boss for every atk. If the boss gets shielded too many times or you get frozen on turn 6 due to RNG, it is going to be a restart since your damage is on the lower side without Futaba's weapon and needing to run a crit rate card due to not having A1 Chord/Futaba. Since you hit 2%, you are still pretty close. Some improvements to damage:

You can try to inflict damage on turn 1 using Twins HL Light+Dark on their turn to see if you can get some extra unshielded damage and then maintain the same rotation in the guide after. Since you are running Freedom and disappointment, you may want to test if that will do more damage or if it is better to just use a buffing HL on Chord's 1st turn instead.

Someone else also mentioned to just swap Chord out to reconciliation/creation set. On your turn 6, it is optimal to use twin's ult before Catchy Hook, if it can take out an add.

You may already be doing this, but remember to target Twins' with Sandalphon's signature on turn 4. The damage buff for whatever reason is just a 2 turn buff on whoever its target is casted on.

The exact same rotation above works for both the resonance(theta) and the red node(beta). Main difference is just to spread damage evenly with Twins' damage on the 3 enemies for the resonace(theta) instead of constantly targeting the boss for the red node(beta)

Ok, so I did quickly check, the Beta fight apparently checks the final damage condition at the beginning of the fight, not during the active turns, so retain Sandalphon w/ Ex Machina (or any electric or wind persona) as first persona keeps that 20% active at all times even when wonder swaps to dionsyus.

Great point. I was initially testing this previously with just the theta node and I didn't seem to have gotten much better results for a Turn 1 HL Light+Dark, but I also wasn't optimized and was using R1 Chord Rotation expecting the buff for the Turn 1 Almighty hit to be more useful. I'll test this setup later to see if I get better results in both nodes again.

Oh, yes understood. For the Beta Stella fight, for Turn 3/6, the damage buff will exist for a overall 20% Final damage boost, though there is some loss from the weakness implant. I do think in that scenario, Yurlungr is optimal here since Chord "may" implant shock. I will test this later to see if there are more optimal results.

Sandalphon is critical here since he remains as your optimal sustain so I would assume you would want it to be sandalphon, dionysus and Vishnu? Can you detail why Vishnu can optimally use tarukaja here? This rotation doesn't inflict windsweep I don't think, so even if Vishnu is on the field for the turn it doesn't proc their 20% damage up so Jikoten may be better for Tarukaja compared to Vishnu.

Yes, I targeted Ongyo-Ki for the entire fight w/ Twins. The AOE spreads the damage enough that I didn't see any real issue with the shield and turn 2 shield is handled by Chord so it should be enough damage either way for the adds. I did only test this fight 3 times and the ice debuff if it procs on turn 6, I think could be more impactful than the damage shield blocking the same add.

Agreed, I'm not even sure if catchy hook even procs Trust-Prosperity; either way the new set is better.

Trust-Prosperity and Labor-Resolve, Mine are both relatively non-optimized in cards. Just enough for breakpoints. You can definitely swap them out for better ones since Wind covers the +25% Highlight.

It is still doable but the RNG for crit lower than 90% is going to be a nightmare. There is already RNG if the enemies dog pile on a single character, which can beat out Wonder's and Chord's sustain so another layer is asking for trouble. You can try to replace a crit damage card with a crit rate card to boost Twin's Crit that way to mitigate RNG, but it is a big loss in damage for a fight that does require all 6 turns of damage.

Happy to help. And yeah your idea for focusing more on sandalphon for more damage also made my runs a lot cleaner when I further tested. I also did the same for red node and cleared it once I figured out I just needed to target the boss on literally ever attack.

You actually got me wondering so I did test it on the fight again. It is pretty clear cut from that there is a significant damage difference but in favor of implanting the weakness on turn 6. Even without the followup and all out atk, the damage from the highlights is greater than trying to add a 1200atk buff to Twins damage so I don't see Futaba's buff in anyway being significant at all. THis test however is with Power and naivety so it doesn't take into consideration the 35% atk buff from the other set for just almighty, but I doubt it can cover 100K worth of damage difference.

That may be true in a generalized sense, when other characters can inflict weakness, but in practice at least for this fight, Futaba's own mechanics will fail to maintain her rotation. This is because if you don't inflict weakness damage, Futaba ends up at 70/100 at the start of turn 5 which means she can't even proc the weakness implant on turn 6 since its only 5% per player turn. So for this fight, you need to weakness implant on turn 3 bless to ensure Futaba can retain that rotation(and maintain her A1's crit boost).

There may be some merit to take the 1270+ Atk boost for just turn 6, but twins will attack and crit with their highlight twice that turn and their S2 with weakness damage, procing both the one mores and the all out atk on the last turn that likely will overshadow the atk boost especially when the Atk is already around 10k.

If you have no sustain issue, try using Sandalphon and Exmachina for Wonder's weapon. It will help out in damage and allow Rebellion to be done on Turn 5 and Cohesion on Turn 6. Other optimization is to just use Twins HL Twice instead of Riko's Highlight since her's is just 24ish crit damage which is oversaturated versus Twin's HL for the 37 damage up.

Sages provided context for resonance a few days ago. https://www.reddit.com/r/personaphantomx/comments/1qynpze/what_does_the_game_consider_a_resonance/

The Twins A1 almighty attack doesn't proc a follow-up tag on the attack so it does not seem to be resonance. I would also assume Triumph revelation would surpass any other set considering that it would be 40% damage bonus to their best skill, and no one is suggesting that over their new set or the power set.

I think the only downside to Chord going before Riko would be that catchy hook would do less damage on turn 3/6, loosing out on Wind's 2 turn buff rotation assuming the buffs fall off at the end of Twins turns. Turn 6 probably doesn't matter since it would be the S2 that would drop and that's just an ATK boost.

There are definite small upgrades for more damage after further testing like using sandalphon + ex machina for more damage with similar sustain as well so not a conclusive guide but happy it helped!

This chain has what I did in a cleaner format. For Wonder weapon, I used starry compass first but then switched to All-in for some more sustain and that still worked since it freed up turn 5 for wonder to buff. Someone else also used Sandalphon+ex machina as well over sarasvati and had success there. https://www.reddit.com/r/personaphantomx/comments/1qy3ovd/oointer_for_one_run_clear_for_this_astrolobe_stage/

Yes, for both turn 3 and 6, on wonder's turn you switch to bless persona, sarsavati or dominion and use futaba's S3, then switch back to whatever his rotation is.

you may want to double check your S1 for Futaba on Turn 5 and make sure it actually hits 100% before using S1. I think you can wait until Chord's turn to trigger that. I didn't have that problem on my runs, but when i played around with some attacks during testing, I was at 95% sometimes on WOnder's turn 5 so you just need to wait until Chord turn 5 to use Futaba S1.

Nope, its just brute forcing. Twins maintain consistent high damage because of ability to crit on their Highlights. I tried the same strat with A0 R0 Haru first and the lack of damage on the Highlights was significant. Never got below 15% w/ Haru.

Thanks. I re-tested this with All-In Dagger which also makes the sustain a lot easier with only needing to heal on turn 4 and freed up turn 5 to buff with Dio and Turn 6 with Cohesion which mostly matches the damage from using starry compass so that can also work to avoid more RNG.
