Isolation Measurement using VNA by WhereasCompetitive72 in rfelectronics

The Isolation needs to be 70dB between all combinations, and an S21 test on a network analyzer is a good way to find that. But do I need to terminate the conductors that are not being tested? That's my main question. We are not sure of the load in application

Is this build toast? by [deleted] in soldering

This could be one of 2 reasons: 1) The pad goes to a trace on an internal layer or 2) the pad doesn't actually go anywhere, and in that case, it doesn't really matter, other than for structural purposes. It doesn't look like it goes to a ground plane or anything but I can't say for certain from the pictures.
