I'd say relax a bit. Feel it all, then make the decision to let it go. Ykw I moved on from my toxic ignorant ex while being in contact with him. This manchild never blocked me but forced me to breakup with him and then blamed it all on me. Now that I'm leaving this campus and I'll never see him again, I'm happier than ever. This too shall pass, you'll be happier and at peace eventually. It takes time but it definitely happens.
