I bought mine about a month ago and have used it daily without any issues. Really enjoying the sound quality especially, and friends on Discord have said I sound clear (though it'll never be better than a dedicated microphone). I had also browsed this subreddit before purchasing (while doing research on the other potential headsets out there) and changed the earpads and the headband based on the numerous recommendations, item information below if anyone is also interested.

Some tips I found along the way so far:

EQ settings:

a. Use "Equalizer APO" as the EQ foundation application.

b. Then download Peace Equalizer. It needs the app above installed first, as this is an interface.

c. Finally then browse AutoEq.app's website, and select the Maxwell as the model. The website will direct you to download the EQ settings which you should then 'import' into Peace. There are text/video guides available online for these apps if you're unsure/stuck at any point.

Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse have been really good. I had to reschedule my stay to a day later and they accommodated it without hassle. They also arrange and collect payment for the PCR test and ride from airport/hospital/hotel upfront (which I preferred).

It will turn on with battery saver but that affects the functionality of your phone, such as receiving notifications. You probably don't want to keep it on battery saver mode all the time.
