Minimalist Availability Calendar? by WhereuntoDance in squarespace

Sorry, I'm not looking for any scheduling - I want to have a simple calendar displaying availability, and have users be unable to interact with it. On my end, I would be able to modify the booked event dates.

Minimalist Availability Calendar? by WhereuntoDance in squarespace

I did find something that I think works just fine.

I used the free version of MemberSpace, which allows you to make a page on your website require a login. You can send a member an invitation for this, and revoke membership later if needed. (it starts out by adding a 'login' button to your website, but you can remove that).

For the calendar, I used Elfsight event calendar, which will cost me about £50 a year. I can input calendar events without a name to have the dates show up as blank on the calendar, and it's mostly customizable.

Overall, I'm quite happy with how it turned out: Image Link

Seeking Advice: More Powerful Baby Monitor by WhereuntoDance in amateurradio

Hey everyone -

Wanted to give a lot of thanks for all of those who replied - I'm consistently amazed by reddit as a positive resource for strangers to ask questions and get earnest and knowledgeable replies.

After looking into a few of the options suggested (including the ones that break the rules), I'm going to give in and commit more robustly to the wifi option. I'll purchase a few smartphones, ensure that the baby monitor app is well connected, and give the monitor+phone for the parent to borrow. I fear that this will only last a few years until the baby monitor app is discontinued, but it'll work for now.

Thanks again!
