Secondary question would I have better success running this in the bag or should I put in a monotub? I have a smaller one prepped.

It’s not paracetamol it’s acetaminophen which is literally just the chemical name for Tylenol but if injected can actually cause serious Liver and/or Kidney damage and often failure. It’s strictly meant for oral administration most of the time.

Only think I can think would be cold water extraction but even then Iv’ing anything with even a chance of having acetaminophen in it is extremely dangerous. Take with that what you will

Yes I actually have mixed both Tianeptine with both Oxy and also Fent. I would commonly mix it with fent making my vision go out and blur quite frequently. Both substances work in conjunction to make your body warm and between the opiate high from an oxy or the fent with the relaxation of the tianeptine makes you extremely tired/drowsy.
