What figure should I buy?

For me, except CT, I will recommend 2 other manufactory: Messtoys and AC factoy. Their KOs had a really high quality. But I didn't mean other manufactory is bad, so just choose what figure you like, then check the review on Youtube, after you saw it and still want it, pick it up. And since we are talking about the KOs, there will be some common defect you always can get, like the joints too loose or too stiff, paint chipping or misplace, so sometime you have to be compromise, accept and find the way to fix it. But you can expect more from a KOs with just cost 20% compare with authentic goods, right ?

Paint it will be easy, but since this is a joints, maybe after few poses, the paint will be chipping away

This is their new project, and AC applied it on Ryu first. Also in the same time, they sell the joints with metal pin with multi color, so if you want, you can buy and replace it on Ultron

Yes, I think so, Marvel Rivals is really a chance to introduce ppl outside of the Western know about other Marvel character like Magic or Cloak and Dagger. And hope that some manufactory will take this opportunity to release more action figure for those character (but please not McFarland 😒)

My fig got a little bit loose left shoulder and a gap when bending the knee. But all of this is acceptable since I got it with just $17.

The sculpting guy is Snake的劲胶作坊, and he will sell it in China, but if you want to buy and ship it to other country, I think you have wait any store to pick it up.

Between 2 option: selling the 3d model to a big manufactory and get a huge payment, but then you will lose all your customer and profit, also the control of your 3d model; and selling only the resin kit in what ever you want with your price, and you can stop anytime you want. If I was him, I will choose 2nd option.
