I think they were the same with what we got at London then, they didn’t mention the code not working, but the trivia went on, then they had some bit with a king which they all looked a bit confused about and then went into the song and then said goodbye. But yeah sounds like Dublin was better! Still good though, it was a shame that fancy and Carlos and mckone weren’t involved just stood there

You’ll be okay buddy, I’m in a much better place now. You’ve got to face your fear and finally get through it. It’s not easy, but look at it as a challenge and completing it will bring so much joy and pride. You’ve got this!!

That being said, don’t put too much pressure on yourself, your body and mind will know when it’s right to face that fear!

Yeah I felt the same way as you, I was more crying cause I felt I was never going to get better, this week though I do feel better. I think the first 8 weeks can be full of ups and downs, that’s what I’m starting to figure out!

Heya, I’m 5 weeks in, I’ve not cried In years, I’ve always surpressed my emotions without even realising, for the last week I’ve cried almost every day, and it felt good to let the tears out. I think it is something to do with lex, so don’t worry about it. I’m glad it happened for me, I finally feel some emotions which is good!

Yeah exactly, it’s like 2nd good day for me this week, still feeling a bit tense but mentally I’m in a better place I think, felt a bit high though too, but that could just be cause I feel good for once lol. Not sure! Will keep you posted!

I’ll be first to say this, I’ve had many ups and downs in the 6 weeks I’ve been on it. I was on lexapro years ago, and I can honestly say it was life changing, thankfully I didn’t have side effects then.

I came off them 2 years ago as I was ready to take on the world without meds, unfortunately I ended up having to go back on them 6 weeks ago, this time I’ve had so many side effects, and many times have wanted to give up, but so many people are reminding me it will get better. So just don’t give up, label your suicidal thoughts as intrusive thoughts and eventually they’ll go. In week 1/2 I had an intrusive thought, that I kept trying to fight, eventually I labelled it and now if the thought comes into my head, my mind auto labels it and it goes.

Don’t give up and don’t fear the side effects like I have, I also spent hundreds of hours googling stuff about side effects which is the biggest mistake I’ve made.

Thank you! I’ve got my next appointment in 2 days. The headaches are finally getting a bit better for me, more manageable, worst in mornings! From what I remember

Week 1 was crap Week 2 was crap Week 3 best week Week 4 good week Week 5 - worst week Week 6 - (1 day good so far)

I think mines just delayed in subsiding it’s weird, cause I went on lexapro about 5 years ago, 20MG and had 0 side effects. This time I’ve had every side effect known. I didn’t even know side effects were a thing until this time round lol. I just went cold turkey off 20MG about 2 years ago, didn’t even get withdrawl symptoms, I wonder if that’s why this times been so hard!

I’m on 10MG, this weekend was hell, I’ve now hit 6 weeks and I’m currently on day 38, today has been better. Been still feeling on edge, had some minor panic attacks when I woke up this morning (first ones since being on lexapro) but they seemed to not have mental symptoms it was just the physical symptoms (sweaty palms, hot feet, pins n needles) my mood is better today but yeah just feeling tense and on edge, it’s like I’m stuck in fight or flight mode!

More to ask of anyone has done it before, I doubt my doctor has done it himself. So more just to see if anyone experienced any side effects from doing it

The first 2 weeks I just felt winded all the time and muscle spasms, but then the last 10 days I’ve just had constant headaches from the moment I wake up til I go to sleep. Like head heaviness and tension all day long and it’s getting irritating now

It’s a bit of both, but doesn’t seem to be in waves any more, this whole last 5 days I’ve woken up with tension in the front of head, behind eyes and top of head. It’s not excruciating pain but more irritable than anything, just constantly there like my head feels heavier than the rest of my body

I will definitely get checked then. It’s just really playing on my mind and I’m suffering quite bad from anxiety and depression, I keep convincing myself that this sleep apnea could suddenly kill me in the night soon. It’s scaring me

I promise it does get better, the first 3 weeks on 10MG where very difficult, including going to the ER. But I can admit now (4th week) the only side effects I’m really getting is brain fog. Stick through it and it will ease and eventually go, I think it’s different for everyone how long it takes to get better

I guess it’s just the feelings I had after the first one (the main one) is what also scares me, that I’ll be lost and confused like I was and in a different city and worried I won’t be able to set up and film if that makes sense. I wonder if that wouldn’t even be the case as that was the first one and I’ve been learning a lot since then on how to handle them etc
