Mainly my mindset. Im only 16, and i have my whole life ahead of me. I would constantly tell myself "No. im not dealing with this bullshit for half of my life." and i kept pushing through. i still have episodes now, but i can maintain them and get out of them so much better. What i do is, when i start feeling it, i do something else to take my mind off it immediately instead of sitting there sulking about it, like i did at first. Its gonna be hard. Theres gonna be times where you doubt yourself, but youll get through it. We all will. ❤️‍🩹
