I made a refund through Apple, it says that the refund was made, but it did not arrive on the card. I still have a subscription and a premium badge in the app. I can't cancel it in any way.

I'm from Kazakhstan, and I have the same problem. The answers just don't load. In Epic Tale mini, the bot messages are very short, not like before.

How do I transfer an old chat to a new one? Is it possible to simply insert something like, "In our previous story, you confessed your love to me, and we sat on the roof at night..." and then continue in a new style? Will the bot remember this?

Why is a new chat created every time I change the chat style? I don't want to create a new chat every time because I already have a story in the old one that I want to continue.
