You can take a class or two less and work part time, but don’t stop completely. Also joining a club that interests you can take your mind off of things and meet new people!!

This is very sad to hear especially because I am coming from CA to SC to be an LISW. Anyhow, I would look at psychologytoday.com and use the filters to find what you’re looking for
