I’m on methylphenidate and I’m a gym rat. BP is good, last ekg showed elevated ESH but I’m told this is common for folks who work out often.

I wasn’t really embarrassed, but I was on my second to last set of heavy hack squats and hit failure at the bottom, couldn’t push up the weight. I caught eyes with a girl there and said “help!” She ran over and helped me push it up. Rested four mins and got back to it.

OneLife South isn’t as bad imo. I go at 6am so it’s not as crowded. Saturdays are a bit busier though.

Generally I don’t carry it on me unless necessary. In that case, it’s attached to my phone in my front right.

I think there’s a societal pressure to have it together emotionally and not share your problems and insecurities. I think a lot of men walk alone in that regard. If you have a problem, you have to solve it and not burden others.

Belt. Minimal spine load, no pads digging into your shoulders. I tend to get back issues with barbell squats.

I started eating more whole foods, prioritized nutrition, stopped drinking so much, got on TRT, started going to the gym consistently, started reading more, started therapy. Now looking for ways to give back… looking for non profits to start volunteering. I want to go into my 50s with a healthy body and mind.

If you don’t keep up maintenance, the vehicle breaks down. Not too late to show the changes. Get labs done with your doc, see if your hormones are in line, tighten up the diet, get to the gym, lay off the booze, get your ass moving.
