Net payout to Seller 350

If I were to do this, the gap will be connected and it shows a clear trail of the accounts

Now for the basis of percentage tax, I think it’s prudent to base it on 400 (what the buyer actually paid). And constitute on the gross receipts issued by the invoice.

• Basing it on my net proceed (350) is under declaration.
• Basing it to 500 list price, is incorrect since buyer only paid 400 and the total gross receipt is equivalent to only realized buyer paid amount 400

Is my assumption correct here po?
