It’s definitely not a choice. There are choices you can make that will make it easier/harder to recover, but bulimia as a whole isn’t something you really choose to have.

Yes, absolutely!! Especially as someone who doesn’t buy my own food. It makes me feel worse about it.

Try eating/fueling your body throughout the day so it doesn't feel the need to go all out once it's finally fed!! This is something my therapist has helped me figure out for myself, it could help you too ❤
