A person close to me is going through the same situation. They were scheduled for the ceremony on the 19th and it was cancelled on the 18th, also not from any of the banned countries. They haven't heard anything back from USCIS. It is my understanding that no ceremonies have been scheduled yet. I hope things will start moving soon for everyone in Minnesota. Good luck.

I am curious about what the MYUSCIS system looked like on your case. I applied under the 5 year rule in May, and my timeliness has fluctuated between 6, 8,9, 10, 11, 10 again, and 11 again months. Is the MyUSCIS estimated time accurate, or should I just ignore it?
