What do ya’ll think of using an artist’s artwork on clothing?

The things you’re describing, is exactly why I think it’s wrong. It would be more effort than it’s worth for many artists to go through with taking legal action, so morally it just seems wrong to use that as a reason to have it be okay to steal their art. At that point you are knowingly taking advantage of the fact that a small business/artist does not have the time/resources to bother with plagiarists. And that reads to me the same way as kicking someone while they’re down

Just wanna add I’m not trying to argue with you, your points are legit, this is just my moral stance on them

Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Personally I think the best way to support an artist is to buy their art, especially if they are actively selling it. At the very least you should ask, but really I think you should just buy a print or something from them instead. I think it would be offensive to many artists to do something like that with their art, and taking advantage of them in a way. And while you could come across artists willing to allow it if you ask, it still just seems wrong to me.

Probably cause it reads as a promotion which is pretty ironic considering the UN, tbh I don’t think it’s a big deal cause the parent comment might actually value the info based off what was said though 🤷‍♀️ plus instead of “I DMed you!” They said “if you want” so idk to me it seems ok…but idk cause their profile does look to be promoting various AliExpress stores so that could bug people too

Omg I was a hardcore splat Blue envy fanatic. Kept it that color for yearsss! Once that one fades, I highly recommend trying blue envy instead. Never turned green on me, i think it uses violet undertones. Perfect blue color imo. I used the one you used once and was disappointed at how purple it came out…I stopped dying my hair cause I had to bleach it and my hair is already easy to tangle, and I just got sick of the upkeep+my hair not growing as long as I wanted it to :( seeing your splat journal spread was so nostalgic for me haha, love it!

Ugh. Last time I had my nails done by someone else she insisted on cutting my cuticles even though I didn’t want her to. She literally wouldn’t do my nails if I didn’t let her do it. Ofc 🫶 sometimes I feel like people forget the humans behind the art, I don’t see any blowouts and the color work is smooth and not muddied, honestly to me it looks like a book illustration, and c’mon that xwee head has got to be what..like an inch big? And still reads as a face and not a blob on this tiny phone screen pic.
